Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
At Ligamentrenewbac, we want you to feel confident in your coaching investment. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for all our educational programmes and coaching sessions.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
- Booking a session implies acceptance of this refund policy
- Payment is required at time of booking unless alternative arrangements are made
- We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, and electronic payment methods
- Invoices are provided upon request for business purposes
3. Cancellation by You (Client)
3.1 Individual Coaching Sessions
- Cancelled 48+ hours before session: Full refund or free reschedule to another time
- Cancelled 24–47 hours before session: 50% refund or reschedule with 50% credit
- Cancelled less than 24 hours before session: No refund (session fee retained)
- No-show (no cancellation notice): Full session fee retained
3.2 Group Workshops
- Cancelled 7+ days before workshop: Full refund
- Cancelled 1–6 days before workshop: No refund (workshop fee retained)
- No-show: No refund
3.3 Multi-Session Packages (4-Week Bundle, etc.)
- Cancelled within 7 days of purchase: Full refund (cooling-off period)
- Cancelled 2+ weeks before first session: Full refund
- Cancelled 1 week to 2 weeks before first session: 50% refund
- Cancelled less than 1 week before first session: No refund, but remaining sessions may be rescheduled
- After first session has been completed: No refund for remaining sessions (rescheduling available)
3.4 Self-Paced Materials
- Refund request within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if materials have not been substantially accessed
- Refund request after 7 days: No refund (materials considered used)
4. Rescheduling
- You can reschedule sessions at any time by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance
- Rescheduled sessions must be used within 12 months of original booking date
- Limited rescheduling slots may require flexibility on your part regarding date/time
- Rescheduling does not reset the refund window or cancellation notice period
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand life happens. If you need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances (illness, family emergency, bereavement), contact us as soon as possible. We will consider flexible options on a case-by-case basis, including possible refunds or extended rescheduling windows.
6. Cancellation by Ligamentrenewbac
6.1 Session Cancellations
If we need to cancel a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances (coach illness, emergency), we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible (ideally at least 48 hours in advance)
- Offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time
- Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible
6.2 Programme Discontinuation
If we discontinue a programme or group workshop series, we will:
- Provide notice at least 30 days in advance
- Offer alternative options or refunds for affected bookings
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add additional days (typically 1–3 business days)
- If original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made

9. Disputes
If you dispute a refund decision, you may request a formal review. Submit your request in writing to info@ligamentrenewbac.world with supporting details. We will respond within 5 business days.
10. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Administrative or processing fees (if any)
- Sessions attended (though rescheduling is available for future sessions)
- Digital materials substantially accessed
11. Changes to Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes apply to new bookings made after the policy update. Existing bookings are subject to the policy in effect at the time of booking.
